By accessing or using the Dogood Gaming Tic-Tac-Toe application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

3. Digital Purchases (Ad-Free Upgrade)

We offer an optional "Ad-Free Upgrade" via a one-time purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable. Your upgraded status is tied to the account used to make the purchase and cannot be transferred to another user.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to exploit, hack, or otherwise abuse the application or its underlying infrastructure. Any attempt to modify your account status inappropriately will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the application after revisions become effective constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
